SE Series Sound Isolating™ Earphones Shure Incorporated (“Shure”)는 제품을 최초로 구입한 소비자에게 본 제품을 정상적인 용도로 사용하는 경우에 대해 Shure로부터 직접 또는 Shure 공식 딜러로부터 직접 구입한 일시로부터 2년 동안 사용 자재 및 제작기술 측면에서 제품에 하자가 없음을 보증합니다. Shure는 자체 결정에 따라 결함이 있는 제품을 수리 또는 교환하여 사용자에게 적시에 반환할 것입니다. 이 보증이 효력을 유지 하려면, 소비자는 반드시 제품을 돌려받는 시점에, Shure로부터 또는 Shure 공식딜러로부터 직접 발급받은 최초 구입 영수증을 구입 증빙자료로 제공해야 합니다. LIMITED WARRANTY SE Series Sound Isolating™ Earphones Shure Incorporated ("Shure") hereby warrants to the original consumer purchaser only that this product will be free in normal use of any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the consumer’s original date of purchase directly from Shure or from a Shure-authorized reseller. At its sole option, Shure will repair or replace the defective product and promptly return it to you. In order for this warranty to be valid, the consumer must, at the time the product is returned, provide proof of purchase in the form of the original purchase receipt directly from Shure or from a Shure-authorized reseller. If Shure elects to replace the defective product, then Shure reserves the right to replace the defective product with another product of the same model or a model of at least comparable quality and features in Shure’s sole determination.
